ARRANGEMENTS TO ENABLE DIRECTORS TO ACQUIRE SHARES AND DEBENTURES
Neither at the end of the fnancial year, nor at any time during the fnancial year, was the Company a party to any
arrangement whose object was to enable the Directors to acquire benefts by means of the acquisition of shares,
warrants, share options in, or debentures of, the Company or any other body corporate, other than pursuant to the
Haw Par Corporation Group 2002 Share Option Scheme (“2002 Scheme”).

The Directors holding offce at 31 December 2013 had no interests in the shares, warrants, share options in, or
