| Footnotes | As announced by the Company on 25 March 2011, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 20 May 2011. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, at 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 19 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Second & Final Dividends. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd ("CDP"), the Second & Final Dividends will be paid to CDP, which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlement to the shareholders concerned. This Notice of Book Closure is made in addition to an earlier announcement made by the Company on 23 February 2011 in its Full Year Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement. |
