| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that, subject to shareholders' approval of the payment of the abovementioned dividend at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 22 April 2009, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 15 May 2009. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, at 3 Church Street #08-01 Samsung Hub, Singapore 049483, up to 5.00 pm on 14 May 2009 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Second & Final Dividends. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd ("CDP"), the Second & Final Dividends will be paid to CDP, which will in turn distribute the dividend entitlement to the shareholders concerned. This Notice of Book Closure is made in addition to an earlier announcement made by the Company on 27 February 2009 in its Full Year Financial Statement and Dividend Announcement. |
