Confirmation Of Appointment

The Board of Directors of Haw Par Corporation Limited ("the Company") is pleased to annnounce that the appointment of Ms Lim Seok Bin Zann as the Company's Group Financial Controller cum Company Secretary is confirmed with effect from 15 January 2009.
