Footnotes Mr Desmarais is a substantial shareholder of the Company by virtue of his indirect controlling interest in, amongst others, Power Corporation of Canada ("PCC"), which in turn has deemed interest in the shares of the Company managed by PCC'subsidiaries as fund managers.
